1. Return and Exchange Conditions

I. Eligibility:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original state, whether brand new or lightly used. It should be returned in the same condition as received, and if applicable, in its original packaging. Items that have been damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.

II. Timeframe:

Customers can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days from the date of receiving their order.

III. Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.


2. Return and Exchange Process

II. Return Shipping for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label via email, and we will bear the return shipping cost. You can choose to receive either a refund or a free replacement.

III. Return Shipping for Change of Mind or Wrong Size Selection:

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or because of an incorrect size selection, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Customers need to arrange and cover the return shipping. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Please note that we do not provide a prepaid return label, and the customer is responsible for handling the shipment logistics.


3. Refund Process

I. Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original state, whether new or lightly used. It should be returned in the same condition as received, and if applicable, in its original packaging. We cannot process refunds for products that have been damaged after delivery.

II. Condition Check Process:

All returned items go through an inspection process before approval. If an item does not meet the return criteria, a partial refund or store credit may be offered instead of a full refund.

III. Refund Approval:

Once your return is received and approved, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be processed. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 days.
